It comes in two versions and Montblanc celebrates 165 years of Minerva watchmaking with these versions, as Minerva is owned by Montblanc. And they also celebrate the 100th anniversary of Montblanc’s first wristwatch chronograph movement. Now that’s a party.

The first version is a steel 42.5-millimeter with a blue dial, the second version comes in lime gold with a green dial. The fluted bezel is white gold for the steel version and lime gold for the lime gold version. Now, to operate the chronograph, since there are no pushers, you have to turn the unidirectional bezel one click clockwise.

The Montblanc 1858 The Unveiled Timekeeper Minerva Limited Edition features a bezel-operated chronograph

Once you click-turn the bezel for the first time the chronograph will start. The second click will stop it, and on the third click it will reset. You can click the bezel 30 times before it has made a full round, so the chronograph can measure 10 separate events in one turn.
