The F.P. Journe Divine Calibre 1300.3 Boutique Edition is part of FPJ’s collection that is only available at their boutiques. The difference with the “regular version” is the deep blue dial, that forms a perfect contrast with gold or platinum case. The non-boutique version has a whitened silver dial.

The dial of the Divine is from solid silver, and it has a guilloché center with a Clous de Paris motif. Depending on the case it has white gold or rose gold numerals and apertures, and the hands are matching the case as well: rhodium plated or gilt steel. Noteworthy: the 3 and 9 on the dial are smaller than the other numerals. Probably to give some air to the brand name and complications on the left part of the dial.

Two case sizes for an almost identical model

The Divine is available in the 40 or 42 millimeters to match your wrist as close as possible. There are some optical differences between the two sizes, although you need a microscope to discover them. Only the position of the complications relative to the edge of the case differ.

The complications are a big date between 11 and 12 o’clock and a rather unusual indication of the small seconds at 5: these are shown on a disc. Furthermore, there is a moon phase between 7 and 8 o’clock and a retrograde power reserve indicator at 10. The edges of the apertures of the first three aforementioned are executed in the same material as the case: gold or platinum.

The F.P. Journe Divine Calibre 1300.3 Boutique Edition has a power reserve of 120 hours

This Divine runs on the F.P. Journe caliber Octa 1300.3 with a 22k 5N gold off-center rotor. It has circular stripes on the bridges, a baseplate that is partly circular grained and polished screw heads with chamfered slots. The crown has three settings, and it features an instantaneous date change. The power reserve is about 120 hours.

The F.P. Journe Divine Calibre 1300.3 Boutique Edition comes on a black or blue leather strap or a case matching bracelet. The prices are for the red gold version with leather strap. The platinum version is 3k extra. A bracelet in gold or platinum will raise the price as well.
