Together with two more basic models in ice blue, the Swiss brand releases this Perrelet Weekend GMT Ice Blue as well. It follows the plain design of the Weekend series, with a 39-millimeter case, a blue dial with silver and black accents and applied indices. But this version also has a GMT complication.
Due to the bright ice blue dial, the shortened GMT hand with red arrow-tip is easy to read. The 24-hour scale is executed in black and forms a subtle gradient-like ring on the dial. At 3 o ‘clock is a date aperture and at the edge of the dial is a minute track with black indices. All by all a kind of dress watch with an extra function.
The Perrelet Weekend GMT Ice Blue has a power reserve of 42 hours
The watch runs on the automatic Perrelet caliber P-401. This in-house movement has an anti-shock system on the balance wheel with Incabloc shock absorbers. It has a rhodium plated and circular grained main plate, and sand blasted rhodium plated bridges. The hollow oscillating weight is ball bearing-mounted and adorned with the Perrelet logo. The movement has a power reserve of 42 hours.
The Perrelet Weekend GMT Ice Blue comes on a midnight blue calfskin strap with alligator motif or a stainless steel bracelet (+100). The GMT models from the Weekend series are also available in other colors. And in the same color there is a Weekend 3-Hands Ice Blue and a Weekend 3-Hands Open Heart Ice Blue.
