The Speake Marin Crazy Skull is limited to two pieces in total

This Speake Marin Crazy Skull is another technical milestone for the brand. It features a 60-seconds tourbillon, a minute repeater carillon, and a dial with animation. And the heart-shaped tourbillon when the skulls are ‘closed’.
The Crazy Skull comes in two versions; one with grey skulls and one with black skulls. And both are unique; Speake Marin only makes one piece of each.
