The Piaget Polo Date 42 mm 150^th Anniversary Edition is one of the celebration models the Swiss luxury watchmaker and jeweler released. The highlight of this celebration is the world thinnest tourbillon, the Piaget Altiplano Ultimate Concept Tourbillon 150th Anniversary. It is just 2 millimeters thick. This new Polo Date is a more down to earth model, although it’s limited to 300 pieces only.

It measures 42 millimeters in diameter, is 9.4 millimeters thick and comes in stainless steel. The design follows the sport-chic feeling of the Polo series, already introduced in 1979. The dial has a lining patern that also comes back on the recently released Piaget Polo 79, a remake of the 1979 model.

The Polo Date 42 mm is driven by the Piaget caliber 1110P, an automatic movement based on the Cartier caliber 1904-PS. It’s slim, with only 4 millimeters, and offers a power reserve of 50 hours.

The Polo Date 42 mm 150^th Anniversary Edition comes on a brown rubber strap with an interchangeable buckle.
