This new MP-10 no longer features a dial, hands, or oscillating weight. Instead, it showcases a roller display, a circular power reserve, and an inclined tourbillon with automatic winding, driven by two linear weights.

The Hublot MP-10 has no dial

The case with smooth corners is partly constructed from titanium and also the sapphire crystal is part of the whole design. It measures 54.1 x 41.5 millimeters in which its 592 components do all the work. After a comprehensive 5-year research and development period.

The term “no dial” pertains to the mechanism that is exposed both on the front and back of the timepiece. Instead of hands, it features a rotating exhibit displaying hours and minutes in the upper third of the dial This is enhanced by an invisible magnifying glass. The circular power reserve, situated at the center, includes green and red indications. The seconds are directly indicated on the lower part of the tourbillon cage.

The Hublot MP-10 Tourbillon Weight Energy System has a power reserve of 48 hours

It is all powered by an automatic Hublot caliber HUB9013. Instead of a conventional oscillating weight, the timepiece is equipped with two sliding gold weights. These are uniquely designed to wind the movement bidirectionally, both up and down. The movement is shock-resistant and beats at a frequency of 3 Hz. It can be manually operated using the large crown positioned at 12 o’clock, while setting the time is facilitated through the crown located at the back. Moreover, it delivers a power reserve of 48 hours.
