The Zenith Defy Skyline Tourbillon is another great complication in addition to the Defy Skyline collection. It comes in either stainless steel or black ceramic and it is equipped with a high-frequency tourbillon. Like all El Primero movements – yes, this tourbillon has one too – it operates at a high frequency of 5 Hz. This rate, also indicated as 36,000 Vibrations per Hour, ensures a better chronometric performance and delivers extra resistance against shocks.

Just like the other Defy Skyline timepieces, the Defy Skyline Tourbillon has a 41-millimeter octagonal-shaped case. The watch boasts a metallic dial with an engraved sunray pattern in blue or black tones. For contrast and clarity, the rhodium-plated or gold-plated hands and hour markers are coated with super-luminova. But what captivates attention is the prominent tourbillon positioned at 6 o’clock, enhanced by a finely engraved four-pointed star in either blue or black. The Zenith logo.

The Zenith Defy Skyline Tourbillon has a power reserve of 60 hours

Inside is an automatic Zenith caliber El Primero 3630, the latest high-frequency in-house movement, visible through its transparent case back. Additionally, its open star-shaped rotor, also a reference to Zenith’s logo, can be observed. The power reserve is 60 hours.

The Zenith Defy Skyline Tourbillon comes on a stainless steel or black ceramic bracelet. It also has an extra blue or black rubber strap with folding clasp. With a quick strap-change mechanism system requiring no tools for an easy swap of the straps.
