The TAG Heuer Carrera Tourbillon H02T Dubai Skyline Limited Edition is the newest member of the Carrera Heuer 02T collection. It is released for the 2023 Dubai Watch Week, a watch exhibition of the Arabic world where almost all the main brands of the world showcase their models. For that reason, some brands release special or limited models dedicated to this exhibition. Like this TAG Heuer that comes in a limited edition of 12 pieces.

The model is 45 millimeters and made from black PVD titanium, combined with carbon for the fixed bezel. On which a tachymeter scale is printed and “U.A.E.” meaning United Arabic Emirates, where Dubai is located. The dial is executed with a subtle anthracite and black-grey background with blue hues. The blue hues are on the indexes and the chronograph counters – on the left the hours, on the right the minutes. Furthermore, the dial is open-worked, and at the 6 o’clock position is the tourbillon which sits in a cage of carbon and titanium. This to keep it as light as possible.

Now, TAG Heuer has more than one tourbillon caliber and the one used here is not the latest. The latest is the caliber TH20-09, which can be found in the new regular Carrera line, this one has the caliber Heuer 02T. The first did follow-up the Heuer 02T, however it has no COSC certification. And this ‘old’ 02T has. Well, this is just for the records. The caliber Heuer 02T has a chronograph, a tourbillon and a power reserve of 65 hours.

The TAG Heuer Carrera Tourbillon H02T Dubai Skyline Limited Edition comes on black leather strap with carbon and titanium folding clasp. The price we have mentioned is based on the TAG Heuer Carrera Tourbillon Polychrome with reference CAR5A8AF.FC6415. That model is limited to 150 pieces and has a grade 5 titanium case instead of grade 2. But apart from that and the colors and engravings on the back, it is the same as the Dubai Skyline model. Which has, as a reference to Dubai of course, the skyline of Dubai printed on the case back.
