The TAG Heuer Carrera Heuer 01 Full Black Matte Ceramic is the latest model of the popular Carrera Heuer 01 collection. We have seen a lot of varieties within this collection but this is the first with a ceramic case. It’s incredibly hard but feels soft.
All models of the Carrera Heuer 01 collection are modular. This one has a ceramic case with alternate finishing, polished ceramic lugs with fine brushed black titanium carbide coated end-piece, polished black ceramic middle case and black titanium carbide coated steel chronograph push-buttons and crown. The core of the watch is from steel.
The TAG Heuer Carrera Heuer 01 Full Black Matte Ceramic is just “all black”
The skeletonized dial is also made from ceramic. The luminescent indexes and markers are black and so are the polished and sand-blasted hour and minute hands. That’s what you call “all black”, a theme more watchmakers use these days.
Inside is TAG Heuer’s caliber Heuer 01, the well-known automatic with column-wheel chronograph. The model is available with a rubber strap or a ceramic bracelet. Both black, of course.
