Quick specs Panerai Radiomir Officine PAM01385 Limited Edition
Price: € 5.500 | CHF 5’300 | $ 5,400 | £ 4,700
Size: 45 mm
Reference: PAM01385 – limited to 300 pieces
Panerai is releasing this boutique only Panerai Radiomir Officine PAM01385 Limited Edition, with just 300 pieces. It is a re-interpretation of an early military Radiomir prototype from 1935 and hits all the design features you still find on today’s models of Panerai.
Which are: a double layered dial with cut-out hour markers and numerals. A cushion-shaped case, here measuring 45 millimeters. Of course, as it is originally a diver, it has a special luminous substance to read it clearly in the dark. And the crown has a protecting device to make the watch withstand 10 bar. The color settings are subtle and very classic. Especially with the dark brown Scamosciato leather strap.
The hand-wound Panerai Radiomir Officine PAM01385 Limited Edition has a power reserve of 3 days
Inside this new Radiomir is a hand-wound Panerai caliber P.6000 with just one barrel and still an impressive power reserve of 72 hours. Hand-winding is also a heritage part of the watch.
All by all it is a classic diver that has evolved more into a dress watch. But it can still do a bit what it was originally made for: a military diver.
