Hamilton spices up their chronograph collection with two new Hamilton Jazzmaster Performer Automatic Chronograph 42mm references. All equipped with bezel with tachymeter scale and three chrono registers. Plus a date. And now available in dark blue or pale blue.
The 42-millimeter case is from stainless steel and quite thick with 15.22 millimeters. The dials of both models are shaded, or sunray patterned, with sub dials at 3, 6 and 9 o’clock. The set-up is traditional with small seconds at 9, a 30-minute totalizer at 3 and an hour-totalizer at 6. The date can be found between 4 and 5 o’clock.

Inside beats the automatic Hamilton H-31, based on the “classic” ETA/Valjoux 7750. Which is one of the most used and reliable chronographs in this price range. It runs at 4 Hz delivering a sufficient power reserve of 60 hours.
