The Zenith Chronomaster Sport Metallic Blue is an addition to the Chronomaster Sport collection featuring the brand’s signature color. So it is blue. The collection was originally launched in 2021 manifesting a sportier and modern look with the bezel attached to the case. It is a design inspired by the DeLuca and Rainbow versions from the 1980s and 1990s. Nowadays, the Chronomaster Sport is part of Zenith’s permanent collection.

This Metallic Blue version comes in full stainless steel material, with a 41-millimeter case. The engraved 1/10^th of a second bezel is also executed in stainless steel, not ceramic as usual. The metallic blue dial has a sunburst design and is mixed Zenith’s signature of chronograph counters in three different colors or color shades.

The rhodium-plated, faceted hands and hour markers are coated with super-luminova (type SLN C1 for the nerds) for better visibility in the sun or dark. And the tiny date window between 4 and 5 o’clock has a shade that matches the dial.

The Zenith Chronomaster Sport Metallic Blue has a power reserve of 60 hours

Inside is the automatic Zenith caliber El Primero 3600 which can be admired through its transparent sapphire case back. It features a blue column wheel for the 1/10^th of a second measuring chronograph. And an open rotor marked with Zenith’s logo, a five-pointed star. The power reserve is 60 hours.

As the Zenith Chronomaster Sport Metallic Blue is fully steel, it comes on a three-link stainless steel bracelet secured with an adjustable clasp. And when it is too blue for you, there is one in metallic green or metallic pink as well. But those are limited editions and already sold out.
