Breitling is introducing a special boutique edition of their iconic aviation watch, the Breitling Chronoliner B04. And it is simply called Breitling Chronoliner B04 Boutique Edition.

Because of the 1950s and 1960s inspirations, the Chronoliner B04 is one of the more cleaner Breitlings out there. There have been a number of editions, like this red gold edition. This one comes in steel with a ceramic blue bezel, blue dial and a blue Aero Classic rubber strap. The strap refers to classic steel Aero Classic mesh straps. Proper looks for an authentic pilot’s watch.

The Breitling Chronoliner B04 Boutique Edition is only available in Breitling’s boutiques

Inside you find Breitling’s own B04 caliber, produced in Breitling’s own workshops, with a power-reserve of 70 hours and chronometer certified at the COSC. In addition to a chronograph, the Chronoliner proves itself with three time zones. The first one via the regular hands. A rotating bezel for the second time zone and a red-tipped hand for the third one. More than enough for us mere mortals. One piece of trivia to end on: the time zone with the red-tipped hand points to a 24-hour scale, a handy addition to check for day/night.

Underneath the solid case back there is a vintage pin-up cartoon and an inscription that reads ‘Special Delivery’. The Breitling Chronoliner B04 Boutique Edition is limited to 100 pieces and exclusively available in one of the 50 Breitling boutiques around the world.
