The new Time Pyramid models, starting with the Arnold & Son Time Pyramid 42.5, have lost some size. The brand originally launched the Time Pyramid line in 2013 with a 44.6-millimeter case. The line is inspired by the design of clocks from the 1830s. These new models stick with that design but are more compact. There are two versions for now. A red gold that is limited to 88 pieces and a platinum version limited to 38 pieces.

The new Time Pyramid is executed in a 42.5-millimeter case, with a thickness of 10.72 millimeters. Smaller and slimmer than the original. The crown is still at the rather unusual 6 o’clock position. The dial and movement are skeletonized but you cannot see through the entire watch. As the back of the case is made from sapphire and a layer of blue aventurine glass. Which forms the background on the front and back. The hour dial is featured in white opal.

The Arnold & Son Time Pyramid 42.5 has a power reserve of 90 hours

The manual winding Arnold & Son caliber A&S1615 drives the new Time Pyramid. It has two barrels to deliver the impressive power reserve of 90 hours. Each barrel has its own power reserve indicator on the dial site (on the left and right). The movement beats at a frequency of 21,600 vph and is executed with gold-plated wheels, Côtes de Genève stripes and more high-end treatment to make it piece of art to look at.

Both new models of the Arnold & Son Time Pyramid 42.5 come on a blue alligator leather strap and secured with a red gold or platinum pin buckle.
