The Arnold & Son Globetrotter Platinum is the latest addition to the Globetrotter series, already available in gold and two steel versions. This new one comes in platinum with an even more clear blue dial under the large bridge. Its size of 45 millimeters combined with the thick glass shaped as a dome makes it an impressive watch on your wrist.
Many people will really find this piece amazing as they will keep staring at the dial. It is made of mother-of-pearl with graduated shades of blue and displays the earth. It portrays the northern hemisphere with America, Eurasia and Africa. A rotating 24-hour ring shows the time synchronously in 24 different time zones. The outline of the hemisphere, the tips of the hands and the hour markers are all coated with super-luminova to light-up in the dark.
The local time on the Arnold & Son Globetrotter Platinum is specified by the red arrows, showing your current time. To read another time just visualize a longitude from the center of the bridge to the 24-hour ring. Which is made of sapphire and operates under the depicted globe.

Inside the Arnold & Son Globetrotter Platinum you will find a self-winding A&S 6022 movement. It is entirely developed, manufactured, decorated, assembled, adjusted and cased-up by the brand. The finish of the movement is at a high level with a 22-carat gold oscillating weight which features a skeletonized ‘Clous de Paris’ guilloché motif.
Furthermore the movement is decorated with traditional motifs as a circular-grained main plate, Côtes de Genève stripes radiating from the center, satin-finished wheels, and polished and chamfered screws. And it has a specific NAC finish which is a type of plating that uses precious metals similar to platinum.
The Arnold & Son Globetrotter Platinum comes with a blue and pink alligator strap with a folding clasp in platinum and titanium. The production is limited to 28 pieces.
